  All the games I'd be enthusiastic for Animal Crossing Items I could get sooner, cheaper, and also in greater quality (Outer Wilds) or I would otherwise be considering getting (SS, Mario Golf) should not be $60 IMO.
  
  Ever since I got a PS5 I haven't actually touched my change as why would I spend $60 to a 10-15 hour game when I could pay $10/month for PS Plus and buy 3 new really excellent games a month plus the PS Plus collection that's all AAA games for free. It just doesn't make sense from a user standpoint
  
  I'm still eagerly anticipating the Pokemon direct. Hopefully they measure it up from Sword and Shield which was fair at best. Nintendo games have a certain type of magic which you can not get anyplace else but I would also be lying if I said Nintendo made it Simple to be a fan most of the time
  
  I have been thinking along those lines, too. Just prepared for something new. I have been attempting to catch a PS5 or an Xbox collection X for a couple months (no luck so far). I'll still keep my Shift around to whenever BOTW2 comes out or possibly Odyssey 2 or another really exciting matches, but I'm quite excited to branch out a bit and try out these Netflix-style game catalog streaming things. I believe that it's where gaming is headed and it's actually consumer friendly.
  
  (FWIW, I think Nintendo is like 30 percent of the way there using their NES and SNES libraries. When they inserted N64 and Gamecube, and continue fleshing out the collections, and add in some current-gen titles, it would be a pretty competitive support... but that's a very long way off, if they ever do it...)
  
  Like you mention, I am also really sick of paying $60 to get a 10-15 hour match. And that I have a fantastic job and wages and operate full-time. It still feels like a lot of.
  
  If a match takes longer than that then the chances of me actually completing it crash. I work full time and have a pretty shitty program so I can really only game on the weekends most of the time.
  
  I've also found that devs throw in a lot of Animal Crossing New Horizons Nook Miles Ticket useless filler crap or else they inflate the problem of this game so it takes longer because they know they will face backlash if it's too short. I truly hate feeling as if my time has been wasted.
